Career Readiness & Employment Coaching

- Resume writing and LinkedIn profile development
- Mock interviews, feedback sessions, and interview coaching
- Job placement, employer referrals, and retention coaching
Build skills employers are actively seeking.
Skilled Trades & Apprenticeship Navigation
Through the BRIDGE Career & Technical Academy, we provide pathways into high-demand skilled trades — electrical, HVAC/R, plumbing, welding, carpentry, automotive, and more. We also connect participants to apprenticeship programs, WIOA funding, and industry certifications including NCCER, EPA 608, OSHA, and ASE.
- Hands-on technical training in high-demand trades
- Industry certification preparation (NCCER, OSHA, EPA 608, ASE)
- Apprenticeship coordination and employer connections
Connecting motivated people with great employers.
Employer Partnership & Job Placement
We work directly with employers across Texas who are experiencing shortages of skilled workers. Through corporate sponsorships, customized workforce training cohorts, hiring fairs, and internship coordination, we bridge the gap between qualified participants and the businesses that need them.
- Employer-sponsored training cohorts and hiring fairs
- Paid internships and apprenticeship coordination
- Small business and entrepreneurship support
Removing the obstacles between you and opportunity.
Workforce Barrier Reduction
We know that getting a job is about more than skills — it's about having what you need to show up. Our Barrier Reduction program provides referrals and direct assistance for transportation, professional work attire, tools, childcare, housing stability, identification documents, and emergency support when funding permits.
- Professional clothing and tool assistance
- Transportation, childcare, and housing-stability referrals
- Identification-document assistance and legal-aid referrals
Build a career — and the financial foundation to keep it.
Financial Literacy & Career Retention Coaching
Getting a job is the beginning, not the end. Our Financial Literacy and Career Retention program helps participants build the financial skills, personal development habits, and professional mindset needed to stay employed, advance, and achieve long-term economic independence.
- Financial literacy, budgeting, and credit education
- Personal development: grooming, ethics, and professional conduct
