Our fundraising strategy is built for long-term sustainability — launching programs now, building our permanent campus and headquarters next, then expanding to an Agriculture Campus and a full Residential Village as demand is proven.

Launching our programs and serving Houston now.
This campaign funds our five initial programs — Career Readiness, Skilled Trades Navigation, Employer Partnerships, Barrier Reduction, and Financial Literacy — along with staff, materials, certifications, and the wrap-around services that help participants succeed from day one.

Campus & Headquarters Capital Campaign
Build the permanent BRIDGE Career & Technical Academy headquarters.
Phase II funds the construction of our permanent campus and headquarters — a multi-story academic building, trades workshop, auditorium, classrooms, computer lab, conference rooms, and parking. This is the home of the BRIDGE Career & Technical Academy, where Texans will earn industry certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, automotive, carpentry, and more.

Agriculture Campus
A working agricultural campus for hands-on learning and sustainability.
Phase III establishes a dedicated Agriculture Campus — a working farm and learning environment where participants gain skills in sustainable agriculture, animal husbandry, horticulture, and agribusiness. This phase expands PCB's workforce development mission into the growing green economy and food-production sector.

Large Residential Village Campus
A full workforce-development community with residential housing.
Phase IV is our long-range master plan: a complete residential village campus with apartments, expanded academic facilities, recreational amenities, and community spaces. This phase launches only after prior phases are stable and demand is documented — protecting PCB's financial integrity while preserving the full vision.
