Our fundraising strategy is built for long-term sustainability — launching programs now, building our permanent campus next, and expanding to a full residential community when demand is proven.
Current Operations Fund
Launching our programs and serving Houston now.
This campaign funds our five initial programs — Career Readiness, Skilled Trades Navigation, Employer Partnerships, Barrier Reduction, and Financial Literacy — along with staff, materials, certifications, and the wrap-around services that help participants succeed from day one.

Campus & Headquarters Capital Campaign
Build the BRIDGE Career & Technical Academy.
Phase II funds the construction of our permanent campus — a three-story academic building, trades workshop, auditorium, classrooms, computer lab, conference rooms, and parking. This is the home of the BRIDGE Career & Technical Academy, where Texans will earn industry certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, automotive, carpentry, and more.

Large Campus & Residential Village
A full workforce-development community with housing.
Phase III is our long-range master plan: a complete workforce-development campus with up to 200 residential apartments, expanded academic facilities, recreational amenities, and community spaces. This phase launches only after Phase II operations are stable and demand is documented — protecting PCB's financial integrity while preserving the full vision.
